During this experience I was introduced to the European Project Management and, from the very beginning, directly involved in the writing and management of different projects in which the company was already carrying out. During the initial phase of the internship, I focused on the mechanisms that characterize the Erasmus+ projects: after few months, the reporting and translating activity began my main focus. As my experience and skills started growing, I was asked to take part to the most dynamic phases of few projects, such as kick-off meetings, meetings and mobilities. Sometimes, I happen to help both my colleagues and the participants with quasi-simultaneous translation from Italian to English.
After having successfully completed a Master's Degree in International Functions in 2017, I was proposed by the SIOI Secretariat to become academic tutor in the Master in Communication and Lobbying in the International Relations. During these months, my main task consisted on liaising with students, teaching staff and the Secretariat itself in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Master. Furthermore, I also supported the Secretariat on the occasion of seminars and lectures scheduled for the Academic Year 2017-2018.

Alongside this, I also contributed, by adding new contents, to the updating of the Permanent Mission's website.
